Strategy 1 is a strategy that aims to buy 30 % upside stocks when the Graham Mood Index or GMI is as low as possible , preferably below 15. 
                                      
Today the Graham Mood Index or GMI     =     78     ----->   I have to wait until GMI goes below 15 to make a new stock investment.

• The GMI  or Graham Mood Index is a sentiment index.  The closer to 1 , the more fearful others are. The closer to 99 , the more greedy others are.  You can read more about market sentiment in the Sentiment blog.
  
  
• Idea : Buy shares of your favorite company when the Graham Mood Index is lower than 15.  
  My strategy ?     I want to buy stocks with at least 30 % upside potential within 3 years.  I wait until the Graham Mood or Sentiment Index is below 15 before I buy.   You can find some examples below.
